What is your warranty / return policy?
We offer a return period of 30 days from the date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all items returned.  Returned products must be complete, in its original packaging and resalable.  To obtain a (RMA) number, email us at support@fishfinderworld.com.  
Special order items may not be returned.
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  
Return orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How will my product be shipped?
We ship mainly by UPS but will ship via Fed-X or USPS if necessary.
When can I expect my products?
Orders that are in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days.  If the product is on back order, we offer your money back or give you a tentative shipping date and allow you to decide how to proceed with the order.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we use PayPal as our merchant account. They use encryped forms to keep  your credit card information private.  So it is completely secure.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Most products are shipped internationally.  Eagle and Lowrance products can not be shipped internationally.

Free shipping is for the lower 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii and International orders do not ship for free.
